Garlic fried shrimp is a versatile dish. They can be prepared for my husband with beer to watch a football match with friends, can be served on family dinner, or you can safely put on the festive table - guests always eat with a huge pleasure. Preparing such a dish is very simple and incredibly fast - less than five minutes!
Ingredients:
Tiger shrimp tails - 150 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Chili pepper - to taste
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ch.m. pepper - taste
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
1. Prepare the foods on the list, they should be close at hand and near the stove and frying pan. Shrimp tails should preferably be large and previously thawed. Take soy sauce with a reduced salt content.
2. Peel the shrimp from the shell, remove the intestines without fail. The ponytail can be left for decoration.
3. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet. With the back of a knife, crush a couple of garlic cloves, put them in the oil, they should give off their aroma.
4. As soon as the garlic begins to brown, add the finely chopped chili peppers and simmer over medium heat for about a minute.
5. Now place the peeled tiger prawn tails in the fragrant oil. Fry them on one side for 1.5 minutes. The heat under the pan should be medium.
6. Then turn the shrimp tails to the other side and fry for another 1.5 minutes.
7. Pour some tasty low-salt soy sauce into the skillet, pepper to taste, and salt with good quality sea salt if desired.
8. Serve the cooked garlic fried shrimp immediately after cooking with your favorite sauce, although they are delicious cold too.
A cold beer or something stronger will work best with this dish. Enjoy!
