Firstly, the treat consists entirely of natural ingredients, each of which is good for the body. In these sweets, the composition is almost the same as in the mixture known to many for vitamin deficiency, except that there is no lemon, but there are nuts.

And secondly, the candies are made with your own hands at home, with care and love. How can they be "harmful"?

Ingredients:

Dried apricots - 50 g

Dates (pitted) - 50 g

Prunes (pitted) - 50 g

Raisins - 50 g

Almonds - 25 g

Peanuts - 25 g

Honey (liquid) -40 g

Coconut flakes (for dusting) - 50 g

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare your ingredients. The weight of dried fruits is indicated without seeds, and nuts - without shell.

2. Boil water. Transfer the dried fruits to a deep plate, cover them with hot water for 5-10 minutes so that they soften.

3. While they are softening, place the nuts in a blender bowl.

4. Grind them into small crumbs. You can add a more complex flavor to the candy by adding ground cinnamon and / or ginger to the nuts.

5. Throw the dried fruits on a sieve so that the glass is water, then cut them into small pieces. Why small? - When grinding them in a blender, they will turn into a viscous substance, and in order to speed up the process and facilitate the task of the technique, it is desirable that the dried fruits are chopped finely enough.

6. Put the chopped dried fruits in a nut blender and, turning on the blender in pulses so that the knives do not get stuck, chop everything together. If pieces remain in the candy mass, it's not scary.

7. Add honey to the candy mass and mix again in a blender, turning it on again in pulses.

8. The mixture of dried fruits and nuts is ready to be molded into candies, it holds its shape perfectly and easily rolls into a ball. Form small balls about the size of a walnut. From this number of products, about 25 pieces will be obtained.

9. Pour coconut flakes into a flat dish and lay out the blanks.

10. Roll them over and place them on a board or serving platter.

11. To make a set of sweets, roll them in different sprinkles. In addition to coconut flakes, use, for example, sesame seeds and Matcha tea powder.

12. Homemade pp-candies are ready. Can be served, they do not require additional solidification in a cool place. But it's better to store them in the refrigerator.
