A salad with beans and crab sticks perfectly diversifies any diet or even decorates a festive feast with its bright appearance. It tastes absolutely balanced, because all the ingredients fit and complement each other. For example, tomatoes compensate for the dryness of beans and sticks, bell peppers add a crisp, pleasant flavor to the dish, and hard cheese is responsible for the tenderness in this recipe. All together are combined with mayonnaise sauce and a chive, so that the piquancy of the salad is guaranteed. If you don't consume mayonnaise, you can substitute yogurt instead. Well, the dish is preparing quickly, so let's get started.

Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 100 g

Canned beans - 100 g

Tomatoes - 1 pc.

Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 50 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Garlic - 1 clove

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Description:

1. Prepare a number of required foods.

2. Defrost the crab sticks beforehand - if the ice cream option is used, or just immediately peel off the films if they are soft. Then cut them into cubes.

3. Uncork the canned beans, if necessary, put them on a sieve and rinse in cold water. Combine sliced ​​crab sticks with legumes.

4. Wash and dry sweet juicy tomatoes. Cut out the growth sites of the stalk. Cut them into small pieces. If the tomatoes are too watery, put them on a sieve to drain off excess juice. In general, salads with tomatoes are prepared and served immediately, as there is always a risk of spoiling the finished dish. After all, if these vegetables let in a lot of juice, then the view will no longer be so appetizing.

5. Peel the pepper, cut off the whitish veins with a knife. Cut into small cubes.
