Avocado is an incredibly necessary fruit for the human body, because it contains a large amount of nutrients, vitamins, amino acids and strengthens the immune system. Therefore, among vegans and vegetarians, it is especially appreciated. In addition, avocado does not have a pronounced taste, which means that you can cook just a huge number of dishes from it - from snacks, salads, various pates and dips to ice cream. Ingredients:
Avocado - 1 pc.
Cream cheese - 40 g
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Sea salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
White bread - 4 slices
Lean oil - 1 tsp
Quail eggs - 4 pcs.
How to cook:
To make delicious avocado and egg sandwiches, prepare the foods listed. Cream cheese for pasta is suitable for absolutely any quality and manufacturer, ordinary soft curd cheese like "Philadelphia".
Cut the bread loaf into slices 1.5-2 centimeters thick. If desired, you can put them in a hot oven and dry slightly, so the finished sandwiches will be tastier.
The avocado must be ripe and soft, otherwise it will be extremely difficult to turn it into mashed potatoes. Cut the fruit in half lengthwise, remove the pit, peel, cut the flesh into large pieces. Place in a deep bowl and pour generously with lemon juice.
Using a regular fork or mashed potato machine, crush the avocado into a smooth paste. Add soft cream cheese, salt and pepper, freshly ground to taste. Stir the paste again.
Heat a small skillet, lightly grease it with lean refined oil. Break the quail eggs into it. Cook them for about a minute, the yolk should remain moist.
Place a full tablespoon of avocado and cottage cheese paste on each slice of lightly toasted bread.
Top with fried quail fried eggs.
Serve avocado and egg sandwiches for breakfast with a cup coffee, tea or with orange juice. By the way, they are perfect as a quick afternoon or evening snack. Simple, tasty and satisfying.
