Chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese

Ingredients:

dough:
250 grams of flour;
90 grams of sugar;
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar;
90 grams of vegetable oil;
200 grams of yogurt 3.2% fat;
1 tablespoon lemon juice;
3 tablespoons sesame seeds;
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda;
a pinch of salt;
2 table spoons cocoa;
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger;
filling:
250 grams of low-fat cottage cheese;
50 grams of sugar;
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar;
powdered sugar for sprinkling.

Preparation:

With the help of an immersion blender, mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and sunflower oil.
Pour the cocoa and salt, pour lemon juice and yogurt.
Thoroughly mix all.
Mix the flour with soda and sesame, pour the liquid into the dry mix.

Knead the dough by means of the blade.
Since the dough is quite greasy, it does not stick to the blade.

Visually divide the dough in half. Blanketed tins with baking paper.
Distribute half of the dough on the shaper.

Mix cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar. Teaspoon spread it in molds.

It can be rolled up balls of cottage cheese by the number of molds and then just put them in the forms.

Evenly distribute the remaining dough on the shaper.

Once the molds are filled, carefully align the surface and slightly presses on the edges of each cake to put together a batter.

Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Bake muffins for 35-40 minutes.
We obtain a ready baking cupcakes and leave them in the molds for another 10 minutes.

We put the muffins on the grill and give cool.

Cooled chocolate cupcakes as desired and sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
