Prepare all food. It is advisable not to replace butter with margarine. Vanilla sugar can be substituted with a pinch of vanillin or a spoonful of vanilla extract.

Instead of dark chocolate, chocolate drops are suitable, heat-stable ones are best. Flax and sesame seeds are optional.

Use good quality chocolate. Chop it with a knife into small pieces. Owners of small chocolate drops do not need to do this.

For oatmeal cookies, instant flakes and those that require boiling are suitable. In both options, you need to use a blender and grind them to a flour consistency. To obtain a very fine grind, it is desirable to have a powerful grinder.

In my case, the blender was not very powerful, and the flakes were crushed to very fine crumbs. The end result using fine oat crumbs is quite interesting in taste.
