There are many options for cooking pork. I want to offer one of the most uncomplicated and simple recipes. Pork in beer will especially appeal to the male half. Finished meat slices are very juicy and tender due to long-term simmering in the oven.

Ingredients:
Pork - 300 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Dried paprika - 1 tsp l.
Provencal herbs - 1 tsp l.
A mixture of dried vegetables - 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Mustard - 1 tsp l.
Beer - 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step recipe:
Take all the foods listed. By the way, you can change the amount and composition of spices at your discretion. Beer is suitable for both light and dark. Hot mustard can be replaced with sweet mustard or used grainy.
If you are a fan of very hearty meat dishes, buy meat with greasy layers. Otherwise, pork tenderloin without lard is perfect. For baking, buy fresh meat that has not been previously frozen.
Rinse well with cold running water, dip with paper towel. Cut into small pieces to cook the meat faster during roasting. Transfer the pork slices to a convenient marinating dish.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Sprinkle in the dried paprika flakes, provencal herbs, and the dried vegetable mixture. Toss the meat with the spices.
Add mustard. Stir until each piece of meat is covered with a mustard layer.
Peel a medium sized onion. Rinse it off and dip it with a napkin. Cut in half. Chop each half into thin strips. Add to meat.
Stir, pressing with your hands to let the onion juice. Leave to marinate on the kitchen counter for 20-25 minutes.
Place the onion and meat mass in a deep heatproof dish. Pour in unscented vegetable oil and beer so that the level is just above half the pork layer.
Cover with foil on top. Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 170 degrees. Send the meat dish to bake for 60-70 minutes. The baking time depends on the power of the oven.
The pork in beer is ready.
Serve warm as a separate dish or as an addition to a vegetable or cereal side dish. Slices of tender meat go well with sweet and sour sauces.
Cook, experiment and bon appetit!
