Chicken roll with prunes walnuts

products:

  • chicken breast - 900 g;
  • oyster mushrooms - 350 g;
  • herbs - parsley, dill;
  • walnut - 100 g;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • lean oil refined.

How to cook:

  • Chicken breast must be cut into thin plates 2 and discourage them to a thickness of 0.5 - 1 cm.
  • For the filling: mushrooms and onions are fried in vegetable oil at this time walnuts necessary to grind crumb state (can use meat grinder or blender). Stuffing mix, add favorite spices and butter.

How to cook:

  • Chicken is cut lengthwise, then remove all the bones and the backbone - should remain only accurate carcass.
  • On the inner side of the cut is laid prunes, walnuts (can be ground or putting large halves), carrot sticks.
  • Stuffing must be salt and add any spices to taste. Due to the taste, which gives the dish prunes and nuts, add enough fresh ground black pepper.
  • Filling sprinkle evenly with dry powder gelatin.
  • Chicken carcasses neatly rolled into a roll, fixing with the help of toothpicks, and sent into the pan.
  • Roll is fried on each side for 5-7 minutes, first on high heat, then in the middle. Pan covered with a lid, and simmered dish of stewed 7-10 minutes.

The finished product is cut into rings and serve as a hot snacks, carnations.
