Ingredients:
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Milk of any fat content - 200 ml
Water - 100 ml
Sugar - 50 g
Salt - 2 pinches
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Wheat flour - 7 tbsp.
Cottage cheese of any fat content - 150 g
Sugar for filling - 50 g
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Drive chicken eggs into a deep container, pour in milk and cold filtered or cooled boiled water. Add granulated sugar and salt. Beat everything with a whisk or mixer for 2-3 minutes to mix well.
Pour in vegetable oil (olive, corn, sunflower), leaving some to grease the pan. Add wheat flour of the highest grade, beat everything again qualitatively so that no lumps form. Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the skillet by placing it on the stove. Grease a hot surface with oil and pour in a serving of pancake dough, quickly form a circle and bake the pancake for about 1 minute on medium heat. Then turn over and bake for another minute. Transfer to a plate. Brush the cooked pancake with butter, if desired. In this manner, bake the rest of the pancakes as well, stacking them on a plate.
Place 1 tablespoon on the edge of each pancake. cottage cheese, sprinkle with granulated sugar and roll up a roll or a tube - as you please.
