Flour - 200 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Milk - 100 ml

Vegetable oil - 50 ml

Sugar - 1 tsp l.

Salt - 0.5 tsp l.

Baking powder - 8 g

Cheese - 100 g

Ham - 100 g

To bake delicious ham and cheese muffins, grab the foods listed. By the way, meat products are easy to change. For example, pieces of smoked meats, hunting sausages, milk sausages and all kinds of sausages are appropriate here.

We start by kneading the dough. First, beat eggs, granulated sugar and salt. Spice flavors can be included to enhance the flavor. Shake with a hand whisk until the ingredients are fully combined.

There is no need to separate the proteins and beat until peaks, the baking powder will fully cope with the rise and splendor of the dough.

Then pour in milk (or kefir, liquid milk cream - your choice), add lean refined oil (corn or sunflower) and continue in rapid circular movements. Everything is simple and fast.

Pour flour with a portion of baking powder to a homogeneous liquid mixture. Knead, removing dry areas and lumps. We get the consistency of thick sour cream.

Now we throw in the additives: pieces of ham and hard cheese. We mix. We leave about a third of the cheese aside for the cheese crust.

Place two tablespoons of dough in the cupcake / muffin tray. We bake in a pre-heated oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees, without opening the door.

Sprinkle the swollen snack muffins on top with the remaining cheese (shavings) and return to the oven for the next 5-10 minutes, until the cheese layer melts.

Cool the mini muffins on the wire rack. For storage, we pack in a food bag or container.
