Fans of interesting and unusual snacks today will definitely be delighted, as we cook excellent Korean cucumbers with carrots. The salad turns out to be incomparable, it is literally swept off the table by the guests. The beauty is that it fits perfectly with meat, fish, poultry, cereals, even potatoes. And if you still have a little of such a snack, then it can be used to make shawarma - it will turn out incredibly tasty, it has been tested more than once.
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers - 300 g
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Dry garlic - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 1 tsp
- Curry and turmeric - 0.5 tsp each
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp
- Ground chili - pinch
- Vegetable oil - 70 ml
- Vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame and flax - to taste
Prepare components. Spices can be taken as a ready-made set - for Korean carrots.
Wash and dry cucumbers, cut into oblong strips - not thick!
Peel the carrots. Then wash and dry. Grate on a special grater, which is designed for Korean carrots. Put the shavings in a container along with the cucumbers.
Add all the selected spices to vegetables - chili, paprika, curry and turmeric, dry garlic, salt, sugar.
Stir everything. Add sesame and flax, hot oil.
Mix everything again. Pour in vinegar. Stir again. Let the cucumbers and carrots brew for several hours.
After a while, a sample can be removed from the salad.
