I would like to offer you my son's favorite dish today - potato cutlets with minced meat. My child devours them by both cheeks, and this is one of the few ways to feed him both potatoes and meat, because he does not eat them separately.

Potato and minced meat cutlets are very, very tasty, tender, juicy, with a golden brown crust on top. It is this option that can be a full-fledged dish, the only thing is that you need to add sour cream here, fresh vegetables or a light salad will also not interfere.

Ingredients:

Minced meat - 280 g

Boiled potatoes - 2-3 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Greens - 5 g

Bulb onions - 0.5 pcs.

Hard cheese - 80 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 40 ml

Breadcrumbs - 5-6 tablespoons

Cooking description:

1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. If possible, it is better to use young potatoes. It is enough to wash such tubers and boil in their uniform until tender.

2. Peel the cooled potatoes, grate on a medium or fine grater, unload the resulting chips into a deep bowl or small saucepan.

3. You can use any minced meat for cutlets, it is not necessary to opt for pork. If you're cooking for kids, go for the more dietary option - turkey, chicken, beef / veal. So, the minced meat needs to be added to the container with potato chips. Peel half an onion, rinse, dry, cut into small cubes. Transfer to a container with other ingredients.

4. A little greenery also does not hurt, aromatic dill will fit well here. The branches need to be rinsed and dried, crumbled. Add to potatoes and minced meat. Shake the egg in a separate bowl, pour into a bowl.

5. Grate a little hard cheese, throw a handful of shavings into a container. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.

6. Form cutlets from the minced potato and meat, roll them in breadcrumbs.

7. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown - half a minute each.

8. Then transfer to a baking sheet and bake for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

9. Serve ready cutlets immediately.
