Dishes very similar to this are often found in Asian cuisine. They contain large amounts of garlic, ginger, hot peppers and fresh cilantro. Today we will cook a simplified version of green beans with pork, but the dish will turn out to be no less tasty, I assure you.

Ingredients:

Pork - 300 g

Green beans - 300 g

Champignons - 300 g

Onions - 80 g

Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

Lean oil - 2 tablespoons

White wine vinegar - 1 tbsp

Sea salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Cilantro - 10 g

Garlic - 1 clove

To prepare green beans with meat, we will prepare all the products according to the list. Mushrooms need to be cleaned with a hard kitchen sponge, peel the beam and garlic, wash the pork pulp under running water, dry it dry.

You can take any part of pork for this dish, not necessarily the loin. It is better to defrost green beans beforehand, then they will cook much faster.

Boil the legume pods after boiling slightly salted water for 3-4 minutes. Then pour cold water, add a few ice cubes so that they do not lose their color and crunch. After a few minutes, discard in a colander.

Heat the lean refined oil in a skillet, put the pork chopped into it. Fry until golden brown on all sides, 5-7 minutes.

Now add the onion, cut into half rings, to the meat. Reduce the heat and simmer the meat and onions for 10 minutes.

When the water has drained and the beans have cooled slightly, return them to the saucepan, season with white wine vinegar or lemon juice.

Cut the mushrooms into quarters or thin slices and place in the pan. When they start up the juice, simmer the pork for another 10 minutes.

Try a piece of meat, if it's soft, pour in soy sauce, add crushed garlic clove. Keep on the stove for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the beans and finely chopped fresh cilantro last. Stir the dish, heat for exactly a minute, the green pods should be warm and not cook with the rest of the ingredients.

Now taste it. Add some sea salt and black pepper if necessary. Turn off the stove and let it sit for a few minutes to mix all the flavors.

Now catch and discard the garlic. Divide the cooked pork with green beans into bowls and serve.
