It is prepared simply and quickly enough, and in the end you will have a gorgeous dish that is not only a joy will be served at home for dinner, but it will also be a great and very beautiful appetizer on any holiday table. Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 400 g
Bacon - 50 g
Hard cheese - 100 g
Bulgarian pepper - 150 g
Salt to taste
Ground pepper - to taste
How to cook:
Prepare foods on the list. Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly under running water, pat dry with paper towels.
Pepper is best to take a bright color, so it will look more impressive in the finished dish. Wash it, dry it. Then clear from seeds and stalks, cut into thin long strips.
Fold the food foil in two layers, glossy side up, overlap the chopped jerky bacon.
Thinly cut the chicken fillet, cover it with cling film, beat with a kitchen hammer. Place the pounded chicken pieces onto the bacon slices. Lay them out, too, tightly to each other so that there are no gaps. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Now grate your favorite hard cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle the chicken on top with it.
Place the chopped bell pepper in the middle and gently roll the roll. Try to keep the ends close. Wrap the foil and roll it on both sides like candy.
Transfer the foil-wrapped roll to a baking dish, pour some water into it. Place the container in a hot oven. Cook the dish for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Then carefully cut the foil from the top, unfold it and let the top of the roll brown by turning on the convection mode or the top grill for another 10 minutes. The bacon will take on a beautiful color and even more flavor.
You can serve such a roll of chicken fillet with a filling both hot and cold. Cut into portions and serve as a snack or as a separate dish with your loved one garnish.
