I love buckwheat and cook it very often. I especially love this recipe for cooking buckwheat in a pan from the simplest products. Buckwheat always turns out to be crumbly and a whole frying pan comes out, just for the whole family, and the time takes 30 minutes. It turns out very satisfying and tasty.
The result, what kind of buckwheat dish turned out and a step-by-step video recipe, see here:
Step-by-step recipe for making buckwheat with a photo:
I cut the onion into cubes
I rub carrots on a coarse grater
I heat up a frying pan with two tablespoons of olive (or sunflower) oil and fry the onions and carrots for two, three minutes over medium heat.
Add minced meat and fry again for two, three minutes, stirring occasionally.
I wash the buckwheat and add it to the pan, stir.
I'll add spices: nutmeg, sweet paprika, turmeric and salt. (You can take spices to your taste) and mix.
I fill it with cold water (450 ml) and close the lid.
Buckwheat has boiled, I reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
A wonderful dinner, well, or lunch, ready. Bon Appetit!
