Today I will cook beets, carrots and potatoes (I take one each). These are the vegetables most often required to cook for most salads.
I will cut the beets into cubes.
I will cut the carrots into cubes.
Potatoes, too, as you already understood, I cut into cubes.
* A huge plus of this method is that we cut all vegetables into cubes of the same size and in the salad it will be very nicely overcame. Raw vegetables are much easier to cut than boiled ones.
I transfer all the vegetables to a saucepan (preferably with a thick bottom), add one tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix.
I put it on the stove and turn on a strong fire. As soon as the vegetables "crunch", add 50 milliliters of water and mix again.
Close the lid, reduce the heat a little and cook for 5 minutes. That's not all!
I do not open the lid until the vegetables have cooled completely. They will come to readiness. It is important!
