Casserole with minced chicken and cottage cheese is very tasty and simple! You can even cook for a festive table. Everyone will like it - checked many times))

First, in a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the onions separately, and then the carrots (one). I don't fry for a long time. It is necessary for the vegetables to become soft - that's enough.

Grind the chicken fillet in a meat grinder, add spices and salt. I also send the fried onions here and mix well. In another bowl I combine cottage cheese, eggs and milk. Salt about taste. I mix everything well and add the sifted flour. The dough is liquid. I pour 1/3 of the dough into a separate container. And what is left, I mix with the prepared minced meat. Add chopped dill to this and mix.

I spread half of the minced meat with dough in a greased form. The second layer is fried carrots. Then mince again. To the dough, which I poured into a separate mold, I add raw carrots and cheese grated on a fine grater. And I spread this mixture with the top layer in the mold.

I put the dish in the oven and cook at 190 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Take a look in your oven!

I decorate the dish with herbs and serve. It tastes great both hot and cold!

• Chicken fillet - 500 g
• Cottage cheese - 200 g
• Milk - 200 ml
• Flour - 100 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Carrots - 2-3 pcs.
• Onion - 1 pc.
• Hard cheese - 40-50 g
• Dill
• Ground black pepper
• Spices, salt
