RECIPE:
• Eggs - 5 pcs.
• Butter - 250 g
• Flour - 300 g
• Sugar - 280 g
• Vanillin - 1.5 g
*** It turns out about 25 tubes.
Grind eggs with sugar and vanilla. The amount of sugar can be slightly reduced, since the recipe is real for those with a sweet tooth.
I add melted butter and gradually sifted flour. I mix everything well. The dough turns out like this (not too thick):
I put a tablespoon of dough in a preheated waffle iron and cook for a few minutes (depending on the waffle iron).
I take off the neatly finished waffle "pancake" and immediately roll it up. After a few seconds, you won't be able to do it!
Ready-made tubes, if desired, can be filled with cream. But we love them anyway))
