The most delicious and amazingly simple.
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 cup milk
0.5 cups of sugar
vanillin pinch
2 tbsp. l. flour
200 gr. good butter
Preparation:
1. Flour mixed with sugar until uniform.
2. Eggs and beat the egg with a mixer and add the vanilla.
3. The flour mixture to pour parts of cold milk and eggs. Mix until uniform whisk.
4. Put a saucepan or bowl in a water bath and bring to boil.
5. Boil the cream for 3-5 minutes stirring whisk mass.
6. As soon as the cream begins to thicken greatly remove a saucepan from the heat and cool. You can put the dishes in a large bowl with cold water.
At cooling the cream is covered with foam, so it must be constantly stirring.
7. In barely warm cream to put butter.
8. Whip the cream with a mixer at medium speed.
Ready cream is used for the preparation of divine desserts, adding a any berries or half tiles melted dark chocolate.
Also, this cream is good promazyvat cakes.
By the way, this cream blends perfectly even with the usual white bread.
Therefore I recommend to serve it for breakfast with tea or coffee!
Culinary advice:
- in the cream, you can add 2-3 hours. l. cognac
- as well in the cream combined cocoa or grated chocolate
- crushed nuts (walnuts), will give a special custard flavor
- Cream can be made with lemon or orange, if it is to rub the fruit on a grater and add to the cooking process
- coffee taste and aroma of freshly brewed coffee cream give, to replace half the milk
- coconut and half white chocolate tiles turn ordinary custard cream in the original "Raffaello"
