A simple recipe for fish pie. I call it "I'll cook again tomorrow!" It's just that everyone with whom I shared the recipe, when asked "Did you like the pie?" they usually answered with this very phrase: "I will cook again tomorrow!" I hope that here, in the comments, I will see this phrase too :)

Pouring dough

Beat the eggs with a mixer. I add sour cream, butter, mustard and salt. Beat well again. If there is no mixer, a regular whisk can easily handle this dough. Sour cream can be replaced with kefir.

Now I sift flour with baking powder into the dough. I mix at low mixer speeds. Then I increase the speed. The consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream. I leave it for 10 minutes.

For the test:
• Eggs - 4 pcs.
• Sour cream (or kefir) - 250 g
• Vegetable oil - 50 g
• Flour - 170 g
• Mustard - 1 tsp.
• Salt - 1 tsp.
• Baking powder - 1.5 tsp.

While the dough is "resting", I prepare the filling. I'll show you one of the options. Here you can fantasize. Fish can be any (canned or boiled), you can add eggs, you can not add, you can add any spices. It will be tasty anyway 😊

Pie filling

I use canned pink salmon (2 cans). I drain the liquid and chop the fish pieces a little with a fork.

I add boiled rice, chopped boiled eggs, green onions, salt and pepper to the fish. I stir it.

I grease the form with oil (I have a form with a diameter of 26 cm). I pour some dough at the bottom and spread the filling.

Pour the remaining dough on top. I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

I cook for about 40 minutes. But look in your oven! 30 minutes may be enough! The cake rises well:

Delicious hot. The pie is very tender, airy and aromatic.

But it is also delicious when cold. You can take it with you to work or on the road, for example. The cake will not part when it cools down.

Filling:
• Fish - 350 g (I have 2 cans of canned pink salmon)
• Rice - 250 g
• Green onions
• Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
• Salt pepper
