A light vegetable salad that I cook almost all summer. Simple, bright and delicious!

How to cook:
I cut the onion into half rings. I love Yalta onions in salads. He's usually sweet. You can take the usual one, of course, but then it is better to pour boiling water over it for a minute.
I cut the bell peppers into strips, finely garlic. And greens. Today I have dill and parsley.
I tear the salad with my hands directly into the salad bowl. I usually use several types of salad. It tastes better this way.
Now the tomatoes. I don't cut them very finely.
Now I add prepared onions, garlic, peppers and herbs here. Salt to taste.
Well, and a gas station. I always take aromatic sunflower oil. You can, of course, replace it with olive. But we still like sunflower in this salad.
I add honey, vinegar and mustard. I mix everything well. Tried without honey - not that. Tried without mustard - not that. You can do without vinegar if the tomatoes are sour (or you can replace vinegar with lemon juice)
I stir and season the salad. Delicious! In the summer, you don't need any side dish))
Recipe:
• Tomato - 2-3 pcs.
• Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
• Yalta onion - 1 pc.
• Parsley
• Dill
• Salad (I add several varieties - it tastes better)
• Garlic - 2 teeth.
• Mustard (ready-made) - 0.5 tsp.
• Honey - 0.5 tsp.
• Sunflower oil (homemade aromatic) - 50 ml
• Table vinegar 9% - 0.5 tsp.
• Salt
*** You can replace sunflower oil with olive oil
