The gallbladder is the head of everything! We learned about this when we learned visceral massage from A.T. Ogulova. Now we systematically use choleretic natural products and help our "faithful friend" to work better. One of them is such a compote.

Ingredients:

1. Rosehip - 1 tablespoon of fruit

2. Prunes - 3-5 pieces

3. Water - 1-2 glasses

Preparation

We take dried rose hips (fresh is even better), pour into a glass, chop with a wooden spoon (usually it crumbles easily), add washed and chopped prunes.

Pour boiling water over for a couple of seconds, drain the water. Fill with hot water (up to 90 degrees), cover with a lid and leave to steam overnight (even better to do this in a thermo mug).

In the morning we filter the compote through a strainer, dilute it with a little boiling water or heat it in another way and drink it while it is hot.

(Bile is our best natural laxative to cleanse the intestines from A to Z.) Good day, dear friends! ;)
