Eggplant Recipe "mushrooming"
Ingredients:
- 2 kg eggplant
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 L of water
- 2 tbsp. l. salt
- green basil and dill
- 50 ml 9% vinegar
Cooking method:
1. Eggplant wash and clean from the skin.
2. Cut the fruit into cubes or small pieces.
3. Pour the oil in a deep bowl.
4. Omit the slices of eggplant in oil and then on a hot frying pan.
5. Garlic peel and grate.
6. Banks sterilize and dry.
7. Fill the jars of eggplant slices, pour the garlic and chopped fresh herbs.
8. Boil water with salt and vinegar.
9. Pour the marinade over the eggplant.
10. Sterilize the jars with eggplant approximately 15-20 minutes.
11. Close boiled jars with screw caps.
After cooling, remove the eggplant with mushroom taste to storage.
