pepper

Preparation:

1. Mushrooms thoroughly wash, cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

2. Prepare the marinade. Squeeze lemon juice in a bowl, add mustard and liquid honey. Thoroughly mix until completely dissolved honey. The mixture should be homogeneous.

3. Pour mushrooms sour-sweet marinade, marinate 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
