Almost a year ago, I have adhered to proper diet and lost weight on a calorie deficit. Last New Year's Eve, I was heavier than 27 kilograms, than it is now.

How to keep the result that we have achieved in losing weight or not gain even more and keep harmony?

First in the New Year itself at the table, I'm not going to bother and to count calories, but I will try to prepare a better okoloPP dishes.

Everybody is trying to cover the rich table in the New Year, ready many different dishes. And if a guest wants to try some new dishes - not necessarily to impose themselves on each plate, to feel its taste, is not it? Enough and a small spoon to rasprobovat dish. I tried just by a few here and ate.

In any case, the holidays - that's no reason to stop eating to control their behavior and go for a meal.

New Year celebrations are not limited to a feast in itself the New Year.

Out of habit, most cooks a lot of food to a few days could not cook and eat up everything that was left. There is?

But I'm not going to make ready a huge amount of food that was not then: lost, we must eat. Not a huge amount of food - there is nothing to be lost, and the whole family is saved from overeating. We celebrated and went to the usual diet.

For example, I plan to go back to January 2 deficiency or at least maintain its rate, so as not to gain weight.

In any case, even if a few days to think about calories and have everything your heart desires - no need to reproach myself then for it and scold, upset over a couple dialed kilograms.

Take himself in hand, and again for the cause - a small calorie deficit and has been recruited and there is no per kilogram holidays and slimming process started again.

And, as we all weekend, can be as much walking, skating, visit the festivities in the city.

In short not to stay at home at the table, and move more! When else will fall this opportunity? The main thing that the weather did not disappoint!

In the past New Year's Eve, I did not quite get extra kilos during the holidays, even New Year was celebrated at a party and ate, not counting calories.

Because all the holidays we spent actively. Walking on Red Square, went to Sokolniki, skating, just walking in the nearby park. The holidays are all beautifully decorated and even a nice walk in a nearby park.
