This raw food treat is rich in natural iodine and is very beneficial for the thyroid gland (iodine is its main fuel). It is found in large quantities in the components of this breakfast: persimmon, feijoa and walnuts.
Ingredients:
1. Persimmon - 2 pieces
2. Feijoa 5 pcs
3. Walnut - 3-5 pcs (it is better to take unpeeled, iodine, oils)
4. Water - half a glass (preferably melted, or juice)
5. Zira powder - a pinch (it helps to extract iodine from all foods)
Preparation
We take ripe persimmons and feijoa, wash them well, remove all unnecessary (bones, rims, feijoa from the peel, because it contains all the useful substances), chop the nuts.
Put the pulp of these fruits in a blender container (by the way, you can use frozen persimmons and feijoa), add walnut kernels (it is advisable that the nuts were pre-soaked in water), throw zira.
Grind everything together for about a minute, put it in a cup, decorate and bon appetit, dear friends! :)
