My lunch consisted of 50 g of dry pasta from durum wheat, 180 grams of chicken breast, baked in spices and 100 g cherry.

Lunch turned on 400 kcal.

Before we had lunch, it turned out that we need to urgently Affairs back to Moscow.

Since the road took 25 g of cashew - 160 kcal.

As you can imagine, I have dinner also was not prepared.

But then I have to return home to restock dumplings and not only them.

And I was still a piece of chicken breast, baked with spices and I did not bother with dinner.

For dinner 140 grams of chicken breast, baked in spices and 110 g of tomato - 190 kcal.

In the evening, for some reason I really wanted something sour milk and 3 hours prior to sleep, I drank 220 grams of yogurt - 130 kcal.

In the end, the day was I by 1200 kcal.

One "but." Poor today saw clean drinking water and the rate did not drink. Tomorrow 100% on the scale will be a plus (fluid retention), well and let. Anyway I checkweighing on Fridays and by the time all the excess fluid will be released under normal drinking regimen.
