I was assured that I would not lose weight on my menu. And not only I lost weight, but also many of my readers. My result is minus 63 kg.

The article was supposed to contain information on proteins today. We have already talked about fats and carbohydrates. You need to know what the overabundance and shortage of nutrients leads to and how important it is to maintain the balance of BZHU.

But thanks to Zen it won't be there. To be honest, I'm tired of fighting and proving that my articles are not about some pills (oh, for this word, apparently the article will also be blocked), but about a tasty, balanced diet, about recipes and my personal experience losing weight.

Therefore, today, just information about how I managed to get rid of excess weight:

And also my menu, as a clear example of the fact that you can lose weight and maintain weight not only on buckwheat, breast and grass.

The other day I stocked up on some frozen spinach and now I will sometimes add this healthy product to dishes.

And this morning I have two eggs with spinach (50 g) and a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (35 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (25 g).

Breakfast for 400 kcal.

The mood in the morning was not at all, once again the limitation of the article flew in. I practically do not tell you that I have to fight for almost every article.

I decided to pamper myself for a snack and improve my mood. I finished all my remaining cottage cheese casserole with cocoa and raspberries, and this is 185 g per 270 kcal.

For dinner I had to cook the first one. Yesterday we finished our cabbage soup with beans and meatballs. Today I have a pickle in my plans, which I will cook on turkey necks. I hadn’t used the neck before, but by the new year I had to get rid of the jellied meat, because very small beef hooves were brought in, and I used some turkey necks.

And I really liked the necks. At first glance, there is nothing in them, but after boiling, I realized that there is more meat in them than it seems, and the bones are very small. And the price pleases.

My lunch is a plate of pickle (450 g) with 35 g of sour cream 10%.

And after lunch I drank tea with 20 g of chocolate.

It turned out in the end 335 kcal.

Having dealt with the working moments in the late afternoon, I went to cook dinner. I decided to pamper myself with julienne, and I had to use mushrooms.

Once again, mine still have a portion of their completely non-PP fried pork with onions, and I'll boil buckwheat.

Julienne turned out to be very tasty and satisfying:

- fried 1 small onion in a few sprays of oil from a spray bottle, added mushrooms (270 g), salt, pepper, garlic. Fried the mushrooms until almost cooked.
She took it off the heat, sprinkled it with a little flour (15 g), added a tablespoon of sour cream 10% (50 g) and mixed well. I also added mozzarella to the mushrooms themselves, mixed.
I put it in a baking dish, sprinkled it with cheese and put it in the oven until a delicious crust forms. I used 70 g of cheese in total.

Julien turned out to be 400 kcal.

During the day I got a decent lack of carbohydrates, and free calories allowed me to eat one marshmallow - 115 kcal.

Result of the day: K - 1520, F - 75, U - 95. Already more confidently I go to my norm.

Drinking regime and physical education - only for the benefit and help of a calorie deficit.

In plans for the evening I have to pretend to be Busyandra (as in the first photo):

The weekend is ahead. I don't even know if I'm going to cheat or download myself. The mood is such that I do not want to do anything and at the same time I want something tasty, but I don’t know what.
