All my life I have been on diets with varying degrees of success. But every year, after the next diet, even more extra pounds stuck to me than it was before.

And only after reviewing my lifestyle, reviewing nutrition and starting to control it, I was able to lose weight. By counting calories, I have not only lost weight, but also successfully maintain my weight.

Regular readers have long known why to download, why they need cheats, they are cute and put into practice.

And for those who have recently been with us, by my example, as usual, I will sit down and show what loading and cheat meal is.

When I was just starting my path to being slim, I didn’t do any workouts, I was afraid to eat something in excess of my calorie intake, and the word cheat sweet was forbidden for me.

It was psychologically very difficult and tense. But this is half the trouble - we connect willpower and move on. But willpower does not always help, and then breakdowns are possible.

But problems arise when our body gradually gets used to a calorie deficit, rebuilds, slows down some processes in the body and is no longer going to give extra on a small and habitual calorie deficit fat.

As soon as I got bolder and began to allow myself to cheat cute (this is one meal, when we eat what we dreamed about all week and do not count the calorie content of the eaten meals) and loads (a day when we don't count calories at all and eat whatever we want, not forgetting about moderation at the same time) - that's when things started to go more fun for me.

I began to indulge in some tasty treats and it became very comfortable for me to slim down, and the thought of giving up everything and filling up on tasty things didn't come to me anymore. After all, I knew that once a week I could afford what I wanted and then, without remorse, I would continue to slim down.

And loading a couple of times a month allowed me to shake my body a little and, after making mistakes with low calories, increase it and not get better again, but continue to slim. Get lean without starving.

I usually try to combine the day of loading with a holiday.

And this weekend my download coincided with the birthday celebrations.

But first, a little digression:

It must be understood that the calorie rate is individual and depends on many factors.
I cite my menu just as an example, to clearly show that you can lose weight and maintain weight comfortably, in a balanced and tasty way, and not starving on vegetables or buckwheat.

My morning began immediately with a festive Raspberry cake - this is about 600 kcal per serving. The dinner was very light - chicken breast, which I marinated in spices and soy sauce and baked in the oven, as well as a vegetable salad dressed with olive oil.

There was also a homemade tincture of chokeberry and cherry leaves, as well as cheese to it. And in the evening fried carp with a slice of bread.

I think I went over my 1500 kcal more than that day, but I didn't count anything and just rested.

After all, it's already hard to celebrate the way it used to be. About 3 years ago, I would not have limited myself to so much food. And now the body is used to lighter food and feasts with heavy food and a large amount of it are already too heavy for my stomach.

Therefore, on Sunday I decided that I would no longer eat anything heavy. No cakes, control of what was eaten and, if possible, not going beyond the scope of your KBZhU.

But I could not pass by the tasty fish. Back on Saturday, when we went for carp to Rybkhoz not far from us, we bought cold smoked salmon in honor of the holiday.

And Sunday breakfast is fish sandwiches. The only thing that I allowed myself not according to my rules is white bread, which I have not eaten for a very long time.

60 g of bread, 20 g of butter and 85 g of fish came out to 490 kcal.

My dinner was held at a party. Was limited to about 130 g of potatoes, 70 g of baked chicken drumstick and 120-150 g of cucumbers. About lunch was 250 kcal.

We were home early and wanted something meaty and nasty. With tea I decided to eat chicken sausage (130 g) - 275 kcal. I went well with the film, and KBZHU allowed it.

For dinner, 9% cottage cheese with fiber (she hid non-photogenic fiber under the cottage cheese) with 30 g of date syrup.

And a little later, coffee with milk (100 g) and 20 g of chocolate.

Went out dinner for 480 kcal.

The result of my Sunday afternoon is 1495 kcal. B - 92, F -87, U - 93.
