If you, like me, at one time were tired of strict diets with a bunch of food restrictions, tired of hunger, tired of the fact that every time after diets weight is returning - then it is worth thinking first of all about why the weight is returning and why you have to lose weight over and over again, look for a new diet.

The problem is that we are looking for a diet on which we can quickly lose weight, and then happily return to our old diet. And the excess weight also happily returns to us.

To stay slim - you need to change your lifestyle, change your diet, control it.

We don't need diets - we need nutrition that we can sustain throughout our lives.

Will you be able to go on a diet all your life, endure restrictions? I doubt it. But if you can't and return to your usual diet - excess weight will also return.

Thanks to calorie counting, I realized my mistakes in nutrition, got rid of excess weight, changed eating habits and successfully maintain my result. At the same time, I have practically no restrictions on food, I am full and eat my favorite dishes.

My breakfast today is a scrambled eggs from two eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (40 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (30 g).

I still understood why, personally, my scrambled eggs sometimes turn from fried eggs into "spread". This is 100% my rush to blame. I get the perfect scrambled eggs when I take my time and carefully add the egg to the pan. A little haste - that's it, yolk flowed.

When I slept a little and I need to get to work as soon as possible - I don't care what yolk is on my plate - the main thing is to have breakfast soon.

I then thought that I drink a lot of green tea and decided to drink tea from a small mug. I'd rather do several approaches to the kettle, and perhaps in one of these approaches I'll make a choice in favor of clean drinking water.

Let's see what happens. I replaced my 500 ml mug with a 300 ml mug.

For a snack I have green tea and French apple pie (120 g) - 170 kcal.

It seems to me that I have not eaten soup for lunch for a very, very long time, although this is not the case. But I missed soups and cooked borscht for dinner today, and added homemade adjika to it - the borscht turned out to be gorgeous, fiery for my taste.

Today it is necessary to prepare dinner and dinner and finish the work. The day is not very good, you have to twist.

My lunch is 420 g of borscht with 40 g of sour cream 10% and bread (30 g).

Lunch at 270 kcal.

After lunch, get back to work, so that you can finish everything and go to cook dinner.

I remembered about sweet peppers, which I froze for the winter. I think it's time to eat it, which means there will be stuffed peppers!

I like to eat peppers stuffed with broth. When I cook them I pour tomatoes in my own juice, diluted with a little water, I add a lot of spices to make the broth tasty.

While I was cooking - I ate 1 pastille and 20 g of cashew nuts - 180 kcal.

Remained minced chicken breast, added it to minced pork and fried 2 huge pans of cutlets. Satisfied - now I don’t have to figure out what to cook for several days! The food is full!

I even managed to send the semolina muffins into the oven before dinner, which I did not have time to cook yesterday. But I will try them only tomorrow. I made cupcakes for testing - this is my experiment, I had never cooked like that before. If you like it, I'll tell you how I cooked it.

My dinner is stuffed with peppers in broth (520 g weight with broth) with 30 g of sour cream 15% and bread (30 g) - 495 kcal.

Again, it turned out a hearty dinner and did not bite in the evening, just drank green tea.

The result of my day: K - 1505, B - 111, F - 60, U - 124.

A calorie deficit will help you become slim, but it will be helped by:

  • drinking regimen (it is recommended to drink 30 ml of water per 1 kg of body weight),
  • physical training. With a weight of more than 100 kg from physical activity, I had walks for an hour and a half. Gradually, day after day, she increased the pace of her walks. The weight became less - I began to study at home. Various exercises for legs, for arms with dumbbells, plank.

Have pity on your joints, knees, do not load them with a lot of weight also with various squats, strength exercises, jogging. It is already so hard for our body to carry on itself all the supplies that we have allowed it to do.
