A huge variety of diets are offered to us now. And perhaps each of them will lead to harmony. But how easy it will be to go all the way to harmony and how long will the achieved result last?
You can choose any diet, set yourself strict limits, limit yourself to a variety of foods and lose weight quickly. There is, however, one "but" - we still have not to break loose and not go into a jam with such strict restrictions.
Or you can choose a different way - to slightly limit the calorie content of the diet, not excluding many useful products, without special restrictions, but within the framework of the daily KBZhU:
For me, counting KBZhU and a minimum calorie deficit has become the best way to lose weight. Thanks to such nutritional control, I got rid of the delusion that I eat little and get fat because I have heredity, hormones are naughty and in general the bone is wide.
I didn't eat much, based on the amount of food on the plate (now there is visually much more food in my plates), but what a high-calorie meal used to be!
And I was able to understand my mistake only when I started counting calories. And starting to count calories, I slowly got used to the new diet and changed my eating habits. Now I am confident that I can maintain the achieved result, because my nutrition has changed, there is control and there is no overeating.
Which path to harmony to choose is up to you. But you also need to understand that nutritional control should always be, if we want to maintain the result, which means that you need to choose a diet that you can sit on all your life.
As an example of a diet for calculating KBZHU, I will show my menu and tell you about the daily routine.

Monday is a hard day. Especially after the weekend, some of which he spent like a seal.
I usually have breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning.
I couldn't think of anything better for breakfast than to dry bread in a toaster (80 g), spread it with curd cheese (20 g) and fish pate (55 g).
And I went out for breakfast 385 kcal.
The weather is not good. The frosts ended, but dullness and slush began. But you have to work, even under the yoke of the winter blues.
I persuaded myself to have a snack today with vegetables and promised a chocolate bar for tea. We need to look for compromises so that it is both healthy and tasty, to please ourselves.
Snack is usually at 11 o'clock.
For a snack, I quickly cut 110 g of cucumber, 50 g of radish, tucked 35 g of sour cream 10%, sprinkled with a green onion. And for tea I took 20 g of chocolate.
It turned out to be a snack for 175 kcal
Under hot tea with chocolate, thoughts danced more merrily in my head and the work process was adjusted. These are the miracles that the "happiness hormone" does to us.
By lunchtime, which I have at 13 o'clock, I have already prepared most of the urgent work and I hope that the evening will be more free.
For lunch, I warmed up the pickle and ate as much as 450 g of soup with 30 g of sour cream and 30 g of bread.
I got it for lunch 280 kcal.
After lunch I had to go to the store. I bought small products: potatoes, yogurt, herbs, cottage cheese, mushrooms, beets, a little ham. Total minus 1000 rubles. The less you go to the store, the more complete the family budget. And when you go into a store, you need to do both right away, and suddenly I saw the action for something - how not to take stock?
For dinner I boiled bulgur and cooked turkey breast in a creamy sauce. Usually I have dinner at 17 o'clock, just by this time my husband comes home and we all sit down to dinner.
And in the evening I quickly kneaded my favorite universal curd dough and baked curd biscuits with raspberry filling for tea.
My dinner is 120 g of boiled bulgur and 200 g of turkey breast in a creamy sauce (weight with gravy).
Dinner for 440 kcal.
Once in the afternoon I was distracted and ran to the store, but I cooked dinner - I would have to work a little in the evening. I'm even better this way. In a day, everything in your head will fit on the shelves, you will make the best practices, and in the evening you put everything together.
And anyway, every evening I sit down at the computer to write or finish (if I'm lucky and manage to write something during the day) an article for you.
My rest begins closer to sleep, when we traditionally watch a movie or TV series before going to bed.
And before watching the movie, I have just the last meal of the day. It turns out my last meal is 2-2.5 hours before bedtime.
And today I have tea and curd cheesecake with raspberries and blueberries (90 g) - 210 kcal.
And made up my diet today 1490 kcal. B - 83, F - 67, U - 128.
And as a disregard, there was a tablespoon of yogurt with a spoonful of fiber.
Remember how I was afraid to raise my calorie intake by at least 50 kcal. It seems to me that I have stepped over the barrier and are slowly approaching my norm of 1700 kcal.
I do not forget about the drinking regime.
And there are those among us who still believe that you can lose weight if you just do not eat after 18 hours?
