Today I want to offer you a recipe for an "extraordinary", but very tasty cake, which can be made from just two ingredients - 1 can of boiled condensed milk and a few eggs. You do not need to add flour or starch. The baking turns out to be the most delicate, you can literally eat it with your lips.

✨ In terms of consistency, such a cake is more like a soufflé or pudding - wet, soaked, with a pleasant caramel aroma. And if in doubt, try cooking first! For my part, I assure you that the result is simply amazing!🥰

📕Ingredients for making the cake: 🍲

Boiled condensed milk - 1 can (380 g)
Large chicken eggs - 4 pcs.

Take a bowl, put a can of boiled condensed milk in it. If you can't find ready-made boiled milk on sale, you can cook it yourself. To do this, put a closed tank in a saucepan, bring the water to a boil and cook over low heat for 3-4 hours, adding boiling water if necessary. Let the boiled condensed milk cool completely, and then open the can and use it as directed.

I also want to draw your attention to the fact that condensed milk is needed of high quality, it should contain only whole milk and sugar.

We add only egg yolks to the condensed milk, carefully separated from the whites. And put the whites separately - in a bowl for whipping.

We mix condensed milk with yolks with a spatula or an immersion blender - whichever is more convenient.

Beat the separated proteins with a mixer into a stable dense foam.

After that, in several passes, add the whipped egg whites to the condensed mass.

Pour the resulting "dough" into a baking dish. I had a silicone one, so I did not grease it with anything and did not put parchment on it. If the pan is made of metal, be sure to line the bottom with baking paper. And in this version, the form is needed in a small size. And we send the cake to bake in the oven ...

And such a cake is baked 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees. We put in an already preheated oven, on the middle level. In the oven, the pie rises very well, but as it cools, it will go down - this is as it should be, do not worry.
