Today I want to invite you to cook an unusual manna cake made of batter with a spicy filling and filling from canned fish with boiled eggs. It bakes evenly in the middle - no raw dough remains even near the filling!

📕Ingredients for cooking: 🍲

For the test:
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l. (50 g)
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Semolina - 4 tbsp. l. with a small slide
Wheat flour - 50-60 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 0.5 tsp l.
To fill:
Sour cream - 50 g
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Mustard - 1 tsp l.
Salt - a pinch (to taste)
Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
For filling:
Canned fish in oil or s / s - 1 can (250 g)
Onions - 1 head
Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) - a small bunch
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Salt, ground pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil b / s - for frying onions.

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Since semolina is a part of the dough, first of all, we will start work with preparing it - after all, semolina needs some time to swell. Mix sour cream (50 g) and semolina in a deep bowl. Stir and set aside for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells.

At this time, we are preparing the filling and filling. For pouring, put the egg, mustard, sour cream, mayonnaise and salt in another bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and for now set aside - the fill is ready and we will need it later.

We put the eggs to boil, and while they are boiling, clean and cut the onion into small cubes. Fry the onions in a pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil until translucent and light golden brown. Cool down a little.

Partially drain the liquid from the canned food (leave it a little to make the filling more juicy). We select large bones (if any) and knead the fish with a fork to small pieces.

Then cool the hard-boiled eggs under cold water, peel them and cut them into cubes. Add to canned fish. Pour fried onions and finely chopped greens there. Salt and pepper to taste, mix - and the filling is ready.

It remains only to finish the dough, collect and bake the cake. Add 2 eggs, mayonnaise, salt to the bowl to the swollen semolina mixture. Stir until smooth.

Sift flour into the dough, add baking powder. Mix the dough with a whisk, carefully breaking the flour lumps.

Now we take any suitable baking dish, grease the inside with a piece of butter, sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs. Pour out the dough and spread it evenly over the bottom. Put the filling on top. If desired, fish and eggs can be sprinkled with grated cheese (50 g) on ​​top, but this is not necessary - and I like it even better without cheese.
