Ingredients:
- veal (pork, beef) - 2 kg
- sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
- Dijon mustard (French, granular) - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. Cooking marinade for meat.
We take 3 tbsp. sour cream and add 0.5 tbsp to it. salt, 2 tbsp. mustard seeds or regular mustard; and black pepper.
Mix everything until smooth.
2. We take about 2 kg of my meat and dry it with paper towels.
I will roast veal, but you can also use beef or pork.
Rub the meat on all sides with cooked marinade.
3. Put the prepared meat in the baking sleeve. We tie the sleeve on all sides.
So we leave the meat to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
4. The meat is marinated, we put it in the oven preheated to 110 degrees.
We bake the meat at this temperature for 5-6 hours.
5. The meat is already baked and cold. Cut open the roasting sleeve and cut the meat into portions.
The meat baked in this way is very tasty, tender and juicy.
