Each berry is like a vitamin! We make a delicious and healthy raw-food multivitamin dessert from pre-prepared wild strawberries and bananas (mid-June-July in summer).
Ingredients:
1. Strawberries - a glass of berries
2. Banana - 1 piece
3. Water - half a glass
Preparation
We took strawberries from the freezer (many freeze the berries, peeled from the rims, but they also contain a lot of useful substances, we do both "and syak) This dessert is made from peeled berries (it is, of course, much softer), but if the blender is powerful, then you can easily make from whole berries.
Pour the berries into a blender container (you can let them melt or pour them over with warm water), add the banana pulp and a little lukewarm water. Beat until smooth, put in a cup, decorate (if desired) and bon appetit!
If you put this dessert in the freezer overnight, then you get a delicious strawberry-banana ice cream, not like ice, but crumbly and without emulsifiers, sugar and other harmful additives.
