Are you planning a feast and are you tired of classic salads? I offer you two wonderful rolls, which will become not only a decoration of the table, but also a very tasty snack.
For the first roll you will need:
- · Boiled beets - 2-3 pcs.
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- · Cream cheese - 300-350 gr.
- · Sour cream 100 gr.
- Flour -50 gr.
- · Pickled cucumbers 2-3 pcs.
- Herring - 200 gr.
- · Greens - 20 gr.
Three beets on a fine grater, add 3 yolks and flour to it (can be replaced with starch).
Beat 3 squirrels until peaks, add to the beetroot mixture and mix gently with a spatula.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the dough / base in a thin layer. If you understand that there are a lot of basics, it is better to make 2 rolls.
We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Do not overdry, because the dough will be difficult to roll.
When you get it out, it should bounce a little.
Turn the layer over and remove the paper and let the dough cool slightly.
While the dough is cooling down, prepare the filling.
Mix cream cheese with sour cream. I do this so that the cheese mass has a more delicate structure.
Finely chop pickled cucumbers and herbs.
Spread cheese on the finished dough, sprinkle with herbs and cucumbers on top.
Lay out strips of herring from one edge and roll up the roll.
Before serving, the roll must be kept in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight).
Cut and serve!
2. The next roll is very easy to prepare.
All you need:
- · Armenian lavash - 2 pcs.
- · Cream cheese (mascarpone) - 200g.
- Lightly salted salmon - 250 gr.
Everything is prepared in 3 minutes.
Spread cream cheese on a sheet of pita bread.
Lay out the salmon, but first cut it into small pieces.
Roll up the roll and put in the refrigerator.
That's all! Nice and tasty (in my opinion)!
Bon Appetit everyone!
