How often, looking through the various recommendations of nutritionists about proper nutrition, I realized that all the advice that is given to a wide audience does not suit me at all. In the morning I can't eat a couple of eggs, and if I also add grapefruit to this set, my stomach will just ache, so I chose a different path for myself. Breakfast should be healthy, but not as satisfying as it is suggested. Maybe someone will not like my proposal, or maybe someone will be interested in simple and hearty sandwiches.
To prepare breakfast you will need:
Option 1
- Avocado - half of the fruit
- Cottage cheese 5% - 50-70g.
- Garlic (optional) a couple of cloves
- Greens (I have dill)
- Tomato - 0.5 pcs.
- Whole grain bread - 2 pieces
- Salt
Put cottage cheese and finely chopped greens in a salad bowl
Squeeze out the garlic. Salt to taste
Peel and cut the avocado into slices. We also chop the tomato.
Spread cottage cheese on the bread with a thick layer.
Put avocado and tomatoes on top.
Option 2 :
You won't need bread in this option.
Cut the tomato into slices, put the cottage cheese with herbs on top and sprinkle with finely chopped avocado.
If the fruit is soft, mash it with a fork. It tastes even better this way.
