Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share the recipe xrustic tubules. It turns out to be awesomely tasty, there are a lot of fillings, the dough is thin and crispy. They can be prepared with any filling, even with potatoes, or with cabbage. The dough is prepared quickly without yeast, baking soda and baking powder. Since the dough is prepared quickly, we first prepare the filling.

Recipe:

For the test:

Flour -300g

Water -250ml (boiling water)

Vegetable oil -2 tbsp

Salt -1 tsp

For filling:

Potatoes -5-6 pcs. (600g)

Salt -1 tsp (incomplete)

Butter -30g

Milk -30-50ml

Bow -3-4pcs

Vegetable oil -2-3 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

Peel potatoes 5-6 pieces, the weight of peeled potatoes is 600 grams.
Put in a saucepan, salt, fill with hot water and cook until tender.
Cut the 3 onion into cubes, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat up, put the onion and fry until translucent and light golden brown.


We check the potatoes for readiness, drain the broth and mash with a potato grinder.
Add a little butter and milk, our task is to make delicious mashed potatoes.

Now add the fried onions and stir. More greens can be added if desired.
The filling is ready.
Prepare the dough at the same time.
Sift 300 grams of flour into a bowl, add 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Mix and pour in 250 ml of boiling water that has just creaked. We quickly try to knead the dough so that the flour has time to brew.

The dough is hot, so we do it carefully so as not to burn yourself.
Place on the table and knead until smooth. Now remove the dough until it cools completely.
Now, when the dough has cooled down, knead it, if it is sticky, you can add a pinch of flour.

Divide the dough into parts, I divide it into 15 parts weighing 35-40 grams.
We make koloboks for convenience and cover them so as not to get windy.
We grease the table with vegetable oil, it is better not to dust it with flour, it is easier and easier to roll out with butter and the dough will not be clogged with flour.
We put the cones and roll out a thin rectangle, put the cooled filling on the edge, tuck the edges on the sides and wrap the roll. (a detailed process can be seen in the video below) It turns out these are the tube pies.

This is how we make all the pies. It turns out 15 pies.
Take a frying pan and pour about 100 ml of vegetable oil.
As the oil warms up, put the pies and fry on all sides until golden brown. The dough is thin, baked quickly.

We serve with the heat to the table. As I already said, the filling can be absolutely any cabbage, potatoes, minced meat, you can even have a sweet filling such as stewed apples in a pan. The main thing is that the filling is not too liquid.
In the oven, such pies can also be cooked, only for the oven I add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough. and 100 ml, the rest is all according to the recipe.
