Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a quick breakfast or snack (lavash rolls with an apple). Recently, I shared a similar recipe for a snack, only there was a curd filling and I recommended you an apple filling.

Since many people asked for a detailed recipe with apple filling, I decided to shoot a detailed process and share with you, since with apple filling my daughter tastes even better.

The cooking time does not take up your time at all, you can cope with cottage cheese in 10 minutes, and with apples in 15 minutes (if you take a ready-made apple jam, you can cope in 10)

Recipe:

lavash -1pc (180gr)

For apple filling:

Apples 3-4pcs

Sugar -1-3 tbsp.

Lemon juice -1-2 tbsp.

Butter -20g

Vegetable oil - for frying

COOKING METHOD

Take 3-4 apples, peel and rub on a coarse grater. Chop finely if desired.

Put in a frying pan, pour with lemon juice 1-2 tablespoons. stir and close the lid, simmer under the lid for 2 minutes. Now remove the lid and add sugar to taste, I don't like too much sweet so I will add 1 tbsp. Sahara

and add a small piece of butter 10-20 grams. Stir and fry without a lid for another 2 minutes. We remove the filling from the heat.

Now we take pita bread from me weighing 180 grams
We unfold, put the filling and distribute evenly with a spatula.
Now we wrap the roll. And we cut it with a sharp knife or it is more convenient to do it with scissors.

Now pour the vegetable oil into the pan, put the prepared rolls and quickly fry in vegetable oil on 2 sides, they are fried quickly.

Remove on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve with tea or coffee.
The result is soft and tasty things, if you do not know that this is lavash, you might think that these are pancakes with an apple.
I recommend preparing it as a snack or for breakfast.
