I really love to cook pizza, but
For a long time, I did not know some of the points that make pizza juicier and tastier.
You know that everything depends on the sauce and on the fact that cheese should be placed not only on top of everything, but also on the dough itself.
But today is not about that.
Cooking white (freaky) pizza sauce. If you are too lazy to read, then at the end there will be a video recipe.

So.
Would need:
- * 50 grams of butter
- * 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
- * 1.5 cups milk
- * herb (Italian herbs or oregano)
- *good mood
Cooking
Melt the oil
Add flour, mix well and immediately add milk
We mix well again! And we do it on the included (low heat) stove.
And yes: I add zelenukha two times! I love the taste of oregano and basil in pizza.
Stir everything methodically until thickened (should be like custard).
*** if someone does not know what the consistency of the custard is, then imagine the thickest face cream, the sauce should turn out like this. Or watch my custard recipe on YouTube.
Then we put a little grated cheese in there and continue to stir (I did not voice it in the video, plin).
Pizza dough (if suddenly you did not know) pierce with forks so that the sauce is better absorbed
And then we smear with sauce and spread the filling (in the video I made a slight reservation, sorry, for God's sake)
A little cheese on top (who read me earlier, he knows, I am without cheese - nowhere))
