I have a great recipe for sweet lovers who want to stay slim!
I have known the recipe for yoghurt cake for a long time, it is written in my notebook of recipes, which I have been teaching since school.
And now my memory reminded me of such a wonderful recipe and I decided to make a pie and calculate the KBZHU, which turned out to be very tempting.
🍒Ingredients I need:
- natural yoghurt from jars (3 pcs) - 390 g net weight of yoghurt,
- corn starch - 50 g,
- sweetener: 6-7 sachets (1 sachet equals 5 g sugar),
- 3 chicken eggs 60 g each,
- a pinch of vanilla, a pinch of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pear - 150 g (pure weight).
🍐Cooking.
The first thing we do is separate the whites from the yolks.
We send the proteins to whip until strong peaks. I used a food processor and a whisk attachment. I added a pinch of salt to the proteins.
While the machine is working for me, whipping the whites, I have prepared and mixed the remaining ingredients.
Mix yogurt with yolks, add sweetener (or sugar) and vanillin. Mix well.
Stir in starch with baking powder.
Add the whipped egg whites to the yoghurt mixture and mix gently with a spatula. The mass is voluminous, airy.
Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices.
Put the pears on the bottom of the baking dish (I have a silicone 18 cm) and fill with dough.
We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes (be guided by your oven). Do not open the oven while baking.
Allow the finished soufflé cake to cool slightly and remove from the mold.
