Today I want to share a recipe for a shortcrust pastry pie in a lean version (in another way it is also called grated pie). I cook not only in fasting, but also simply when I want to cook something tasty, and there are no eggs and kefir in the house. By the way, as a filling, you can use jam, jam, jam berries, fresh and frozen, in general, everything that is at home.

Recipe:
flour -300g
salt -1 / 3 tsp.
sugar -150g
baking powder -1 / 3 tsp.
vegetable oil -100ml
juice or water -3-4 tbsp.
For filling:
apples - 600g
lemon juice - to taste
sugar - to taste
COOKING METHOD:
And so we proceed. Sift 300 grams of flour into a bowl, add a little salt, 1/3 tsp. baking powder, 150 grams of sugar and vanilla sugar. We mix. Now pour in 100 ml of vegetable oil and add 3 tbsp. juice or water. We mix everything. If there is not enough liquid, add a little more juice.
You do not need to knead the dough for a long time, you just need to collect it in one lump. The dough crumbles a lot, everything is as it should be.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, one of them should be about ΒΌ part.
We take a baking sheet from me with a diameter of 26 cm.
grease with oil, put most of the dough and distribute in shape, make bumpers.
The filling, as I already said, you can take any jam or jam, to me today from fresh apples.
Peel the apples about 700 grams, rub them on a coarse grater.
We take a frying pan. We put grated apples, pour with lemon juice, I like the filling to be sour, so I add juice from half a lemon.
Close the lid and let the apple stew for 5 minutes, now add sugar to taste, I will add 1.5 tbsp. mix and fry without a lid for a couple of minutes.
The filling is ready, let it cool slightly.
We put in the form and distribute. Sprinkle with the remaining dough on top.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We take the cake out of the oven, let it cool in the form, since at this stage it is very fragile, as it cools, we take it out of the mold and cut it into portioned pieces.
Serving a delicious crumbly cake with tea, I recommend it very tasty.
