✅👌 I am sure that many housewives have such a situation that after cooking a dish with minced meat, a small amount of it remains. For example, somewhere around 200 grams... And, many will think that from such a quantity of minced meat there is no way to cook any full-fledged dish!

✨ But I now know the recipe for a dish, in which it will be enough to add only 180-200 grams of minced meat. And today I will share this recipe with you.

✨ Everything is prepared quite simply and from the most banal and accessible ingredients. Try it - I'm sure you will like it! 🥰

📕 For cooking you will need: 🥙

Potatoes - 3 pcs. small size (total weight about 250 g)
Minced chicken - 180-200 g
Onions - 1 medium head
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Chicken egg (category CO) - 1 pc.
Salt, black pepper
Wheat flour - 1-1.5 tbsp. l. (of necessity)
Unscented sunflower oil - for frying

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

Rub the peeled and washed potatoes on a fine grater into a deep bowl. Potatoes will quickly begin to darken from contact with air, but do not worry - this will ultimately not affect either the taste or the appearance of the dish.

For potatoes, also finely three onions and a few cloves of garlic. I usually add 2-3 cloves, but if you like spicy, you can add a couple more cloves.

Now add the minced chicken. It can be made from breast or chicken legs - it will turn out delicious in any case. We drive in an egg, salt and pepper everything to taste.

Add some flour.

Mix everything thoroughly and you can start frying.

Pour some oil into the pan, heat it well over low heat. Spoon a little potato-chicken mass and put it in a frying pan. I want to attract your attention, it is not necessary to make the pancakes too thick, otherwise they may not bake well inside. Therefore, lightly smooth the laid out blanks with a spoon and trim their edges until the "dough" has time to grab.

Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes, until even golden brown crust. After frying, remove the pancakes from the pan and transfer to a napkin to get rid of excess oil.

And immediately serve! Very tasty with sour cream or sauces based on it.
