Ingredients:
1. Dandelion flowers - 5-10 pcs
2. Cucumber - 1 piece
3. Arugula or / and spinach - bunch
4. Dill - twig
5. Green onions - 1 feather
6. Linseed oil - 1 tablespoon
7. Sea salt - to taste
8. Turmeric - on the tip of a knife
9. Ground Zira - a pinch
Preparation
We washed the dandelion flowers, cucumber and herbs. Cut a cucumber into thin round slices, chop smaller greens (spinach or arugula leaves can be put whole on a plate).
They put dandelion flowers on top of a freshly fragrant cucumber, sprinkled with herbs, turmeric and ground cumin, poured with butter.
