All diets, fasting, that I, too, at one time fond of only resulted in disruption and gain weight even more than it was.

And just about the transition to proper nutrition and caloric deficit has helped me to throw 52 kg. I still go to their goal, but it is close as ever.

Breakfast - sandwiches for wholemeal bread (65 g) chicken pastrami (85 g), tomatoes (60 g). And green tea chocolate cake (brownies) - 70 g

Breakfast is turned on 375 kcal.

Like most, when it's cold, I would like to have, and not just to eat, and to eat something more substantial meat and high-calorie.

I even try to do 2 snack at 11 o'clock, and somewhere in the 15 hours, but do not exceed your daily kalorazh.

And now, we have not yet given my body demanded heating just from eating me.

Today went to the grocery store and saw a balm in a pot for sale, decided to buy - now I will brew myself a fragrant tea with lemon balm.

And finally, I bought myself an avocado, really brought us a normal avocado!!! How I missed him. Now I look at him and think, how it is best used to more and different variations poprobovat😍

I would like some with him someday retseptik stir. Actually, probably starting my period avocados imported only to normal and at the right price.

For lunch doela buckwheat with chicken and vegetables (250 g). For buckwheat cherry tomatoes and small ogurechik. lunch - 325 kcal.

For dinner, I have today PP variation of this dish as a libzha (Caucasian dish). The husband asked me for a long time to prepare this dish, and I decided to try to cook a lighter version.

Skeet libzhe - 300 g - 300 kcal.

As a result, the day I got 1375 kcal.

A little higher than kalorazh day (must be no more than 1300 kcal), as pre-menu for that day and did not think through, in principle, do not deny yourself anything.

From drinks water and green tea. Drink water before each meal and a glass of food throughout the day.
