No kidding - I close such zucchini at least 30 cans. And nothing remains until spring. It turns out very tasty, crispy! A liter jar "flies away" in one go. And the recipe is very simple. Even those who have not dealt with blanks before can easily cope with this recipe. And I guarantee it will work out. And it will turn out delicious!
The recipe has been tested not only by me! I think many of you have already tried it too. Leave a review in the comments if you have already "checked" this recipe))
I shared the recipe in this video of mine. There are 4 more zucchini recipes - you'll love them too!
HOW TO COOK:
I take liter cans. I pour a little water into them (just a little) to the bottom and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes. You can simply rinse the jars with vinegar or sterilize them in any other way. I always sterilize banks, for any blanks, although many write to me that this is superfluous))
Just in case (many are confused): sterilization of cans and sterilization, which I mentioned in the title, are two different things! "Without sterilization" means that you will not need to sterilize jars of zucchini in a pan!
My zucchini and cut into slices. I do not remove the skin.
At the bottom of the jar - dill, garlic, bay leaf, two cloves, and black peppercorns. Then I stack the sliced zucchini.
I pour boiling water over jars of zucchini, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Then I drain the water from the cans and pour boiling water over the zucchini a second time.
I add a little more water to the "first" water to make 1.5 liters. This also includes salt, sugar and vinegar. I bring it to a boil.
I drain the "second" water from the jars (it will not be needed) and immediately fill the zucchini with the ready-made marinade.
I close it with lids and leave it under a warm blanket until it cools completely.
I must say right away, salt, sugar and vinegar - just right! Try to cook according to the recipe! Do not change anything - and you will definitely like the result!
