There is a pastry that does not require dancing with tambourines. If you don't believe me, try making these banana muffins. They turn out to be quite tender and even a little moist. They have a very pleasant aroma, and the taste did not disappoint.

And, most importantly, there is practically no fuss with them. They just kneaded the dough, put it in molds, took it out and ate it.

The only thing is, you can add chocolate or vanilla icing to the recipe yourself, but I, for example, was too lazy to bother with it. Yes, and perfectly you can do without it.

We take:

  • Butter - 125 grams;
  • Sugar - 125 grams;
  • Flour - 175 grams;
  • Bananas - 2 pieces;
  • Eggs -2 pieces;
  • Baking powder - half a package (if the package is designed for 500 grams of flour);
  • A pinch of salt.

How we cook:

As you can see, we have few ingredients. And cooking - and in general, is available even for children.

First, beat eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt and butter with a mixer. As soon as the mass becomes airy, we send mashed bananas, flour and baking powder there.

We knead everything.

Pour everything into molds and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes (until golden brown).

Bon Appetit!
