Even unexpected guests can be treated to such a homemade delicacy, no one will refuse a piece.
I use square wafer sheets for this recipe, but round ones can also be used.

Ingredients:
- wafer sheets 30 * 30 cm - 3 pieces
- chocolate cracker - 350 g
- boiled condensed milk - 650 g
- butter - 250 g
- roasted peanuts - 200 g
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the filling. Pour the roasted peanuts into a chopper and chop them a little.
2. Likewise, grind the chocolate cracker a little. It is not necessary to grind into very small crumbs, small pieces should remain.
3. Beat the butter at room temperature with a mixer.
4. Add boiled condensed milk to it. Beat everything until smooth.
5. Pour chopped peanuts and chocolate cracker into the resulting cream. Mix everything well with a spoon.
6. Cut the finished wafer cakes into 2 parts. I have cakes measuring 30 by 30 cm.
7. We collect the cake. We put the waffle cake and put about 3-4 tbsp on it. l. fillings. We distribute everything evenly over the cake. Top with the next waffle cake. So we collect the whole cake.
8. We wrap the cake in cling film and turn it upside down, so that it sticks together better. We put the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
