- chicken breast - 800 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.
- starch - 1 tbsp. l.
- salt to taste

Step by step recipe
1. 800 g of chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
Cut one onion into small cubes.
2. Add the onion to the chopped meat, 1 tbsp. l. starch, salt to taste, add 1 tablespoon here. sour cream, break one egg and pepper to taste. We mix everything.
3. Fry pancakes over medium heat in sunflower oil. One pancake is 1 tbsp. prepared test.
Fry on both sides until a beautiful golden brown crust.
Serve the finished chicken fillet pancakes warm.
