Without any mixers, beaters or spoons: I am preparing a delicious apple pie for which you do not need to knead the dough at all

✨ You just need to mix all the bulk products, lay them with the simplest filling of juicy apples, and then pour milk.

✨Nothing complicated! And literally in 45 minutes, a juicy, moist, tender pie will flaunt on your table.

📕To make a cake you will need: 🥙

Semolina - 1 glass
Wheat flour - 1 glass
Sugar - 1 glass
Baking powder - 10 g (sachet)
Apples - 4-6 pcs. (depending on their size)
Milk - 200 ml
Butter - 20 g

👨🏻‍🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️

The dough for this cake is surprisingly simple and quick to prepare. We simply combine one glass of flour, semolina and sugar and baking powder in one large deep container.

Stir everything well. And we divide the dry mixture into 4 equal parts. This can be done by simply dividing the entire amount visually, or by distributing 3/4 cup of bulk ingredients in different containers. As it is more convenient for you, do so.

We heat a glass of milk in the microwave or on the stove. We put a piece of butter in it and wait until it melts from the heat of the liquid. Stir well. The pie filling is ready.

Next, we start preparing the apple filling. Everything here is also extremely simple. We peel the apples from the core, and the skin, if it is thin, can be left. Next, rub the apple pulp on a coarse grater or chop it with a blender. Apples may darken, but in the end this will not affect the taste and appearance of the baked goods.

Now we start assembling the pie. Lubricate a baking dish with a diameter of 22-24 cm from the inside with butter. I had a silicone mold, but I lubricated it anyway, just in case. the cake is very tender and can fall apart when taken out. Pour a quarter of the dry mixture onto the bottom and distribute it in an even layer.

Sprinkle the resulting "cake" with grated apples, they should completely cover the "dough". In total, you will get 3 apple layers, so we divide the entire filling into 3 parts.

Then we repeat the same sequence: "dough", apples, "dough", apples, "dough". As you can see, the apple filling in the formed pie should be covered with the manna flour mixture.

Gently pour the milk mixed with butter on top. In order for the liquid to get to all layers of the cake, I make frequent punctures with a wooden skewer (you can also use a fork). Next, put the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 45-55 minutes, until golden brown.

Let the finished cake cool slightly right in the form, and then take it out, cut it and serve it with tea. It turns out to be very soft, tender and juicy, moderately sweet and incredibly aromatic.
